We had our cabinets installed first. They were installed in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room.
We are happy with the progress this past week, and after talking to our realtor, they are scheduled to get everything else done by this Friday! If everything goes as planned, we may close as soon as the 21st.
Then we had the wood floor installed in the mud room, downstairs half bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and entry way. It is a dark wood color, there just happens to be a lot of dirt from shoes on it right now.
Laminate countertops for the downstairs bathroom and the hallway bathroom were installed.
Tiling for the fireplace and all the grouting was completed in the bathrooms.
Not pictured here, the wood stairs leading from the garage into the house, and from the dining area to the backyard were created and installed as well.

wow! That would be great. It will be interesting to see if it really happens! I am sure you are anxious to move in and get settled into your new place--especially to not have to commute the kids to school everyday! Call me this week!
Aaaahhhhh! (that's me screaming for joy for you) I can't wait to come see it. You'll be in my prayers that it all continues to go smoothly!
